My career in aviation now spans over 30 years and has allowed me to engage in military, airline and corporate operational environments, where I hold ratings as an FAA Airline Transport Pilot, Flight Engineer, and Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic.
In 2007, I transitioned away from the airlines and have enjoyed working in corporate aviation ever since. After attaining the Challenger 300/350 type rating, I had the privilege to serve as an instructor, training center evaluator, customer liaison/demonstration pilot at Bombardier, and line/standards captain and chief pilot for corporate flight departments on the platform.
My Challenger career concluded in June of 2019 when I transitioned to the G280, initially as a line pilot and now, following a workforce reduction, as a professional contract pilot. I find the 280 to be a pleasure to fly, highly capable in technology and performance, and arguably the best super-midsize aircraft in operation today.
I maintain currency as PIC and SIC, am 12 month FSI + HUD current, and hold a First Class FAA Medical. I am happy to provide my aviation documents, resume, and industry references per request.
If ever I can lend a hand, please contact me and I'll be glad to help.
Best,
Jud
